Meet Team Harmony

Greg Levy

CEO & Founder
Foreman

Born in Miami, Greg fell in love with North Carolina on his childhood vacations here with his parents, prompting his move to the western side of the state twelve years ago. During his first few years in the mountains of North Carolina, Greg took employment with companies such as Sotheby’s, where he carried out renovations and restorations, leading to Team Harmony’s ability to focus on helping to build your home, instead of your house.

After many visits to the city of Wilmington, and seeing the need for quality, affordable work, Greg decided to settle in the coastal town and to start his own business. Along with his long-time best friend John Angus, he set out to make Harmony Builders a name ubiquitous with raising the industry standard for quality care, attention and pricing.

When he is not busy caring for his customers, you can find him enjoying time with his wife, son and two dogs at the beach. Preferably on a boat.

Johnny Angus

COO & Founder
Foreman

John Angus, born in upstate NY, moved to Wilmington with his family several years ago after touring with his band and falling in love with the downtown music scene here. After spending years mentoring with some of the largest construction companies in the area and becoming a painter/carpenter John joined in with Greg to create Harmony Builders. The rest is history. We’re working on getting into some textbooks. In his down times you can find him with his wife walking their cats downtown. Don’t make eye contact with the cats. It gets…weird.

Kelsey

Kelsey Phillips

Office Manager& The Real Boss

Another NC native, Kelsey has worked with Greg for years on many projects and puts her all into running the Team. She brings a true passion for helping others make their houses into homes.

When she isn’t busy making sure everything is running seamlessly she is with her family enjoying all of nature. And writing this. Notice the lack of picking on me.

Erik Marcley

Lead Carpenter & Obsessive Completionist

Erik, originally from Long Island, has been in the Wilmington area over 15 years. Following in his fathers’ footsteps, he sought to become a master carpenter and quickly became an essential member of the team.

With generations of knowledge passing down a family of builders, Erik strives to always give 110% to every home. We admit that math isn’t his strongest suit, and we keep telling him 100% is plenty. He’s fastidious, though, that one.

As an artist he enjoys spending his downtime immersed in the local art scene, where there isn’t any math to bother him at all.
